Coming off the high of two BPL championships in 2022, our franchise, the Melbourne Pulse, has managed to yet again hit the finals but missed out on the Championship honours this time around.
The team of 2022 Comm games stars Gary Kelly, Barrie Lester and Ellen Ryan, finished a very creditable fifth. In what was the same world-class competition we lost a tense elimination final to Moreton Bay Pirates for an earlier than expected but certainly credible performance.
The home club, Moama Steamers were the champions this time as we take the opportunity to regroup for BPL 19 at Pine Rivers in November
