With its top two pennant bowls teams elevated to Division one this year, Dandenong Club is looking to be competitive first up by adding two internationals to its list.
Scots John Fleming and Blair Davidson have been secured for the coming season, both come with the experience of recently representing Scotland. They are booked to arrive at the end of October.
Each will be at the Club to work and bowl. They will be a significant addition to an already improving playing list and play an essential part in servicing Club Members through their various roles around the Club.
The Dandenong Club is heavily committed to national competitions, the Bowls Premier League and Ultimate Bowls Championship. Being part of the game at the highest levels has been essential to Dandenong Club’s efforts to build awareness and its standing in the Victorian Bowls scene.
On September 15, 16, and 17 at Moama, the Club competes in the recently launched Victorian Bowls League. This year they hope to take further steps in their progression through the Melbourne Pennet competition.

The Club’s practice match program gets into full swing on AFL Grand Final day when it ventures to Premier Club, Clayton, with four teams for an AM start.
