RESPONSIBLE GAMBLING CODE OF CONDUCT
Our Club will take all reasonable steps to prevent and minimize harm from the operation of gaming machines in this venue. Including but not limited to monitoring the welfare of customers, discouraging intensive and prolonged gaming machine play and intervening when a customer is displaying behavior’s that are consistent with gambling harm. This venues code will be made available on our website (link below) and in written form to customers upon request. A sign advising customers of this will be displayed in the gaming area. We pride ourselves on having friendly and educated staff that are regularly upskilled in all aspects of harm minimization. Along with helpful information available, we take care to ensure our customer’s time spent within our club is an enjoyable and safe one.
