The Dandenong Club team arrived in Warilla on Sunday night to witness the draw at the Club’s Calcutta for the Warilla $44000 invitational Four a Side. This event attracts the best club teams from all around the country and is a fabulous opportunity for our club to test ourselves against the very best.
The draw for the four days of the event is below
The Four a Side format is played as two games of three bowls pairs. Each winning rink earn two points and the team with the best aggregated score across the rinks an additional four points.
For Dandenong Club we paired up Alan Veitch with Matt Arnold, Michael Stevenson with Clark Wilson. Day one featured Dandenong Club playing Carlingford, Bargo, Nelson Bay and Broadbeach. We managed a win and a loss against each with the exception of Bargo and the a best aggregated score against Carlingford
